Prices
Generally, I will charge a rate of $150-300 USD for one-two minutes of track. This is subject to factors such as complexity or any potential deadlines. These factors can be applied to be cheaper or more pricy, so never be scared to ask. I only take commissions for music work, not visual art, at the moment.
Terms of Service
General
• I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel as though I cannot complete it to the best of my ability or if it is otherwise out of my scope.
• I retain full rights to my music; it follows that I reserve the right to upload any completed songs to my social media for the purposes of showcasing my work.
• The songs are permitted to be used in non-commercial contexts with credit given OR monetized videos/streams where the music is not the main focus. My work is not allowed to be resold or redistributed.
• If full buyout rights to the music are required, please reach out to me so that options can be discussed.
• Any reference art, aesthetics, music, backstory, etc. are always appreciated. The more, the better! You don't need to be musically verse, but any notes on the vibe we're aiming for can greatly help.
• Upon completion of the commission, the audio files (WAV, MP3, etc.) will be uploaded to Google Drive and sent to you with respect to previous methods of communication (Twitter, Discord, Email).
• Where my work is used, I must be clearly credited.
• Under absolutely no circumstance is my work to be used to trained generative algorithms (generative AI) or any similar learning models.
Payment & Refunds
• Rates are in USD, and all payments are to be sent through PayPal.
• Full payment upfront is required before I begin working on a song. In the case of more substantial projects, I'm open to discussion around different payment options.
• Once work on the project has begun, all payments are non-refundable excluding unique circumstances under my judgment or my own personal faillings to fulfill the agreed work.
